During this experience you will be taught the recipes to make the perfect 'pop' sponge from friendly and helpful bakers. Your tutors will help you delve in to their extensive recipe portfolio and learn the secrets to making these cakes at home. A large part of the class is one-on-one so you will be left with a great understanding of how to make the perfect sponge, how to coat and how to decorate these delicious treats! You will be amazed at what you can produce under the watchful and creative eye of these experts. All equipment and ingredients are provided and the best part... you take home what you make!
This experience is two hours long and is available on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Group bookings can be arranged for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday.
