Whether you're new to the kitchen or simply a lazy cook, you will love this hands-on cooking class designed for beginners. Nestled in the treetops of Terranora, enjoy stunning views over the Tweed Valley out to Mount Warning as you learn to cook a small selection of dishes using local organic ingredients. An experienced chef will guide you step by step for four hours, from how to plan and prepare each dish, through to cooking, plating up and food styling tips and tricks. At the end of the class, savour your hard work with a glass of wine or beer and soak in the peaceful Balinese-style setting. Leave with a recipe booklet to take home, as well as new culinary skills and confidence.
