Restaurateur, Luke Mangan has created a Vivid-inspired menu. “Vivid is such an amazing thing. It’s grown into something really special and we wanted to be part of that. We wanted to make sure that customers could come in earlier and have a great experience and go off and explore Vivid,” Luke says.

“Vivid is all about colour, as you know, and we’ve made a beautiful cocktail that’s got lots of colour,” Luke explains. But the dessert steals the show. “Our pastry chef Natalie is amazing, and we’ve come up with something really special,” Luke says.

Another great dining option is the Cali-inspired set menu with cocktails at Kobe Jones in Darling Harbour. Treat your taste buds to five courses of fresh Japanese food with a Californian twist. This experience was designed especially by Kobe Jone’s Chef de Cuisine Seung Min.
