Treat someone to a 40 minute scenic flight over the Yarra Valley in a beautifully restored 1943 Tiger Moth, an open cockpit biplane carrying all the charm of vintage aviation. After a safety briefing, you will be fitted with a flying helmet, goggles and a leather jacket, then climb aboard alongside an experienced commercial pilot for take off from Lilydale.
Follow the winding Yarra River as it meanders through the valley below, drifting over vineyards, rivers and forest before climbing towards the Dandenong Ranges. As Mount Dandenong fills the horizon, you will trace the ridgeline with panoramic views stretching across the valley, the Melbourne skyline and Port Phillip Bay. With more time in the air, your pilot brings the Tiger Moth to life through sweeping turns and dynamic manoeuvres, with the wind rushing past and nothing between you and the view.
