Take a trip back in time and visit an authentic recreation of a 1850s gold mining town. Watch as blacksmiths work in barns, costumed ladies and gentleman stroll around town and take a visit to the old fashioned lolly shop for some boiled sweets. You'll also get to go on a Red Hill mine tour where you'll go panning for gold in Red Gully Creek. Ride a stagecoach, takes lots of photos and visit The Gold Museum.
You'll also get to visit Ballarat and its wildlife park. Explore the gardens, statues and heritage buildings of the town and then make friends with cute Aussie animals. Feed free range kangaroos, cuddle a koala, experience an emu encounter. Then it's time for a VIP close encounter with one of your favourite native animals. Lastly you'll step into an enclosure with a keeper and get up close to a reptile.
The VIP animal encounter is limited to a maximum of 10 guests so you can rest assured it will be very personal.
