Restrictions

A reasonable degree of fitness and mobility is required for boarding and moving around the boat, as well as accessing the toilet which is located down a small set of stairs. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may impact your ability to safely participate in activities. Pregnancy: Expectant guests who are 28-36 weeks pregnant will require medical clearance to board. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anyone over 36 weeks gestation. Limit of 8 per group booking. Tour is strictly non smoking and non vaping.

Guidelines

• A buffet lunch is served which includes a variety of meats, salads, cakes and other items. Guests are also welcome to BYO food or snacks.
• Please advise us of any serious allergies (i.e. anaphylaxis) that the crew need to be aware of
• Please advise us of any pre existing injuries or medical conditions. A doctors clearance may be required before boarding.
• You must arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Allow extra time for traffic and parking, as we cannot hold the boat up if you are running late. Missed bookings will not be eligible to rebook.
• This is a fully water based activity. The vessel does not disembark at the Rottnest Island jetty
• Tour requires crossing through open water. If you have any concerns about seasickness please speak to a pharmacist well in advance of your day. Some medications need to be taken 24 hours prior.
• Tour requires minimum numbers to proceed. If this is not reached we will contact you in the days prior to discuss options

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Reschedules must be sent via email directly to the operator, contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please quote your booking reference and requested changes. Please note only one reschedule will be allowed per booking.
• Participant name changes are permitted and must be sent via email directly to the operator at least 24 hours prior to departure. Operator contact details will be provided once your experience is confirmed. Please provide guests full name, mobile number and email address.

Weather

Public departures are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers. The provider monitors expected conditions well in advance of each tour and charter and will always try to give you as much notice as possible if they deem it too risky to proceed, however the final decision is at the discretion of the skipper on the day. Unexpected weather changes can and do happen from time to time.

Dress Code

Casual attire. Sailing can be a windy and wet experience. It is advisable to bring a windcheater or spray jacket and / or a warm pullover. Shoes with a good grip and preferably a white or light-coloured sole are best. Bare feet on deck. Bring along your bathers, camera and a towel.
