No Back Problems Pregnant women over 30 weeks may need to provide a medical clearance

Guidelines

  • Children are welcome as part of a family group but need to be under direct adult supervision at all times
  • Children aged 2-3 are free with an accompanying adult. Please contact the provider if you would like to bring an infant or toddler onboard as they carry limited numbers of life jackets in each size
  • This experience is not suitable if you have back problems
  • Pregnant women over 30 weeks may need to provide a medical clearance

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is allowed, must be made 72 hours prior to experience date. However, if you do not attend the 2nd booking date, your voucher is void
  • Between 0 - 24 hours of the experience date and no shows: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book

Late Arrivals

  • If you miss the boat: You will have the opportunity to rebook once for a re-booking fee or $45pp

Supplier Cancellation:

  • Mechanical, weather and other vessel issues may lead to reschedules by the experience provider

    Numbers on the Day

    This cruise runs with group sizes up to 24 people. This number can sometimes be higher.

    Weather

    Public departures are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers. The provider monitors expected conditions well in advance of each tour and charter and will always try to give you as much notice as possible if they deem it too risky to proceed, however the final decision is at the discretion of the skipper on the day. Unexpected weather changes can and do happen, albeit are rare.

    Dress Code

    Casual attire. Sailing can be a windy and wet experience. It is advisable to bring a windcheater or spray jacket and / or a warm pullover. Shoes with a good grip and preferably a white or light-coloured sole are best. Bare feet on deck. Bring along your bathers and a towel.

    Other Info

    Please note: Shoes are not allowed on deck,you are however welcome to wear them inside. Shorts or pants are the most comfortable option for sailing
