Discover the sights and delights of Narooma from a local's point of view. Hop on a pedal assist electric and follow your guide along the Narooma to Dalmeny bike track, where you'll discover a diversity of local wildlife and learn about the area's rich Aboriginal history.
A trip to Narooma isn't complete without a bike ride along the Narooma to Dalmeny cycle track. This 21km round trip tour hugs the stunning coastline and passes a number of local beaches. The pedal assist electric bikes allow you to ride further with less effort so you can spend more time soaking in the spectacular scenic views. Starting from Narooma Wharf, spot giant stingrays, pelicans, fish and sometimes even seals before continuing along the track to the Narooma Bridge. Feel the wind blow freely through your hair as you revel in sweeping views across the Wagonga Inlet over to Gulaga Mountain in the distance. From here you'll follow the Mill Bay Boardwalk all the way to Mummaga Lake in Dalmeny, with sightseeing stops in between. Your guide will share stories about the track that was built and funded by the community, as well as detail the rich Aboriginal history of the area. From May to November you can spot migrating whales breaching or dolphins playing in the surf.
On the return, you'll cruise along the track to Fosters Bay to snap a photo or two of the view over the Wagonga Inlet. Finishing back in the town of Narooma, you'll check out the seal colony at the Australian Rock lookout and soak in the views of Montague Island from Narooma Golf Course.
Due to the weight of the e-bikes the tour is only suitable for children over the age of 12 years. There is a weight restriction of 120 kg per bike.
