Craft tantalising chocolate bars using couverture Belgian chocolate, handcrafted confectionery and coloured cocoa butter in this hands-on workshop. You will learn the tricks of the trade to creating sumptuous works of edible art, entirely personalised to your suit your tastes.

Fuelled by a sugar high and a glass of bubbles, let your imagination run wild with this fun and interactive chocolate bar making workshop. Over 90 minutes, you will learn the art of crafting delicious and aesthetically pleasing chocolate bars using couverture Belgian chocolate, purposefully coloured cocoa butter and a plethora of handcrafted confectionery produce in-house. At the end of the class you'll leave with a bounty of mouth-watering creations made by you - but we highly doubt they'll make it that far!

Session Length

  • This class is 90 minutes in duration
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early. If the workshop is scheduled outside of the retail store opening hours, you are welcome to wait on the desk


  • Minimum age is 16 years
  • You must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; ID may be required
  • Please inform of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. This experience is not an allergen-free environment and while the experience provider will make every effort, they cannot accommodate dietary requirements in all cases


Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

  • You can reschedule your booking as long as it is prior to seven days of the workshop date
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop you are permitted to send a substitute in your place
  • Minimum numbers apply to run the class. If minimum numbers are not met, the class will be cancelled. At least 48 hours' notice will be given and a choice of rescheduling or a full refund will be offered
  • If a class is cancelled, the experience provider is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur
  • Experience provider reserves the right to alter or cancel a class. If a class is cancelled for any reason a choice of rescheduling or full refund will be given. If a class is altered in anyway, the class will still proceed

Numbers on the Day

There is a maximum of 12 people per session. There is a minimum of 8 people required for the class to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met, the class will be cancelled. At least 48 hours' notice will be given and a choice of rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

Dress Code

Comfortable casual clothing is acceptable. Enclosed shoes are required, and it is suggested to bring a jumper along with you as it can get cool in the kitchens.

Parking available on the corner of Byres and Waterloo Streets. Please park only in the spaces designated for the experience provider. There is plenty of street parking available too.
