Master the art of creating your own melt-in-your-mouth pasta and match it with a variety of flavoursome sauces. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will put your new found knowledge to practice, cooking a tantalising multi-course meal served alongside matched wines.

In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a mouth-watering multi-course meal using seasonal ingredients. Recipes covered on the day may include delights such as gnocchi with prawns and burnt sage butter, caprese salad, ricotta cavatelli or berry mascarpone tart. Concluding with a leisurely lunch matched with local wines, cooking has never been so appealing! Come on your own or with friends or colleagues.
