Say cheese! Learn how to whip up mouth-watering Haloumi during this fun and interactive cheese making class. Guided by an expert host, you will turn into a Haloumi buff in no time. During the class, you will learn all the basics to the art of cheese making, from milk selection using store-bought milk, inoculating and renneting the milk to turning curds into the most delicious Haloumi you've ever tasted, all while sipping on bubbles. You'll be shown how to whip up this spectacular cheese using common kitchen equipment you already have at home. Take home a Haloumi recipe and approximately 250g of your own cheese to devour.

Perfect way to spend an afternoon

We loved our afternoon sipping bubbles and learning to make haloumi. The team were friendly and welcoming and created a really warm vibe, while explaining each step clearly. The end result was delicious and we took some home for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic experience. The teacher and other host were both brilliant. They were both knowledgeable and welcoming. We learnt loads of things about cheese as well as how to make our own haloumi. The bubbles were free flowing and the class was delivered at a good pace. The halloumi we made was delicious! I had bought this experience for my friend's birthday present and she loved it.

We truly enjoyed our expereince. It was a well-designed class, with great explanations and directions, and fun instructors. The environment was learner-friendly and bright, and the bottomless bubbles were certainly a plus! We were so happy to take home our delicious home-made cheese, and would definitely recommend this experience :)

I had such an amazing time at the class with my GF. The instructor was lovely and the staff created a very fun and chill atmosphere. I definitely recommend buying the grazing platter as the cheeses served were divine and went really well with the bubbles.

Enjoyed this night out, learning how to make the curd (was pre-made for us) and then the steps to turn the curd into haloumi! Most delicious haloumi I have ever tasted that was not rubbery and squeaky!! High recommend to bring some of your own nibbles to go along with the endless bubbles that get served

Awesome entertaining class with bottomless champagne that they were very efficient at topping up! Halloumi turned out tasting just like the shops. Halloumi making is a valuable skill in my opinion!
