I loved that I could customise the temperature I experienced in the Finnish Sauna by moving up or down the levels in the room. The warm and cold baths were perfect to sit and enjoy some time in the partial shade. I left feeling reset from head to toe and this relaxed feeling stuck with me for the rest of the day.
