‘We flew up and down and through the valley taking in the gorgeous view and enjoying the moment. The scenery was shrouded by early morning fog that lifted to expose vines, farmland and kangaroos just waking up and hopping around. It was so quiet and still that you could hear dogs barking in the nearby farms. The silence was only punctuated by the occasional burst of gas into the balloon to keep us afloat.’
