Alice Springs Hot Air Ballooning with Sparkling - 60 Minutes

• Please allow up to four hours for this experience
• Pick-up time varies throughout the year between 4:15am and 6am
• Does not operate on December 25, 26 or January 1
• Please contact the supplier the day prior to confirm your pick-up time

Women who are over 12 weeks pregnant cannot fly. Pregnancy must be advised in advance.

• Participants 3-5 years are not recommended however will be considered on an individual basis
• Physical fitness is not a requirement to enjoy a ballooning adventure, but passengers must be able to climb up and into the basket (approx. 1.2 metres in height) unaided using the basket foot holes and stand for the duration of the flight
• Illness and/or recent operations that may affect the person or other persons on the tour must be notified to the provider in advance. Medication should be brought on the tour
• The packing up tasks at the end of the flight are optional and assistance is appreciated. However, some lifting is involved and participation is entirely voluntary. Passengers that are less able bodied are invited to stand back and take photos. Persons with medical conditions participating in the balloon flight and pack up activities do so at their own risk
• Any form of disablement must be discussed with provider prior to making a booking. Each person is considered on an individual basis
• Any weight above 110kg must be notified in advance prior to making a booking.

• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This voucher is valid for one person. Minimum of three and a maximum of 24 people in the basket on the day.

For those in the group that would like to come and watch their friends/family take a hot air balloon flight. They travel with the crew to where the balloon lands and meet up with the rest of their party to enjoy the light refreshments. Must be booked in conjunction with at least 1 adult balloon flight. Request basis only as limited space available on each tour.

This experience is weather dependant.

Long pants, sturdy shoes and sunscreen. A light jacket is recommended from April to October and during mid-winter, very warm clothes may be necessary. A hat may be worn as the heat from the burners can be intense. Loose items such as dangling jewellery and scarves are not permitted once passengers reach the launch site and dis-embark from the bus.
