In 1877, the Fitzgerald brothers, Nicholas and Edward, had one goal in life: to create the finest ales known to man, loved by generations across this sun-drenched land. Today XXXX is one of the most recognised symbols and produces best selling beer in Australia. Now is your chance to take a tour through the heart of the brewery, a heritage listed site, and discover the origins and history of the brand yourself. Learn about the raw ingredients and brewing processes, how the brothers developed their recipes over time, the 'X' quality rating and how the brewery got its name, view the museum and historical artifacts and conclude your tour with a guided tasting session across 6 beers.
