Join Wildlife Coast Cruises in the search for the majestic Great Whales during their annual migration along this regions coastline every winter June to August. Circumnavigate Phillip Island to see the spectacular coastal formations including Pyramid Rock and the rugged cliffs of Cape Woolamai. Enjoy sights of thousands of seals at Seal Rocks, regular sightings of the shy albatrosses and common dolphins, and the very special Humpback and Southern Right Whales.

Please note: This experience is only available between mid-June to early August, to coincide with the whale migration.

Important information

  • This experience last for approximately 4 hours
  • Departs 8.30am, returns 12:30pm please check in 30 minutes prior to departure
  • This is a seasonal experience from June to August only
  • This cruise operates is open waters of Bass Strait
  • Vessel motion may cause discomfort to those prone to motion sickness, please take precaution
  • The child ticket is for children between 3-15 years old inclusive and is not recommended for kids under 3
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

There is a maximum 80 passengers.

In the event of inclement weather the provider will contact all booked passengers at least 24 hours prior to re-schedule.

Beautiful winter's day, with sun shing, no wind and saw lots of whales, some actually breaching. Seas mirror calm. We were very lucky!!!
