Learn the ins and outs of biodynamic grape growing and wine making during a relaxed tour of Gemtree’s Biodynamic Hut, and see firsthand how this philosophy is applied in the vineyards. The tour concludes in the Tasting Room, offering stunning views over McLaren Vale to the ocean, where you'll be taken through a curated selection of wines. Afterwards, discover the flavours of the region some more as you are treated to a delicious produce platter showcasing some of the Vale's finest cured meats, cheeses, condiments and breads, served alongside with a glass of wine. Gemtree are proud winners of the Best Sustainable Tourism Practices award for two years in a row, a testament to their honest and hard work.

Extreme weather and heat policy: if the weather is forecast to be above 36 degrees by the Bureau of Meteorology, the experience will be cancelled with the opportunity for you to obtain a full refund or reschedule the experience. The Gemtree Wines team will contact you directly in the case of a cancellation.

If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
