The tour was very interesting and to be able to see the process of different wines was great. We learned about the different flavours (notes) and how they are made, which helped for the wine tasting part. The restaurant opened at 5.30 and there was a good selection to choose from. We sat on the veranda and enjoyed the views while eating delicious food and enjoying their wine. We also opted to pay for overnight accommodation so we could enjoy the experience. Added to his abundant knowledge, his vivid description of each of the contrasting aromas, flavours and textures in our wine tasting experience was incredibly inviting. The 3-course Lunch and Wine was a decadent experience. Each of the options looked amazing. We would absolutely recommend this. What a wonderful day! The day started off with a very informative tour of the winery, followed by the wine tasting. Our tour guide Fion was brilliant. He was young but very passionate and knowledgeable.
