This was amazing and I’m not sure why more locals like us don’t know about this yet! The only downside is the early morning wake up but it was so worth it to see some active animals. I’d never seen a koala running around before, just asleep!

Considering we are Australians and also live in a koala corridor, our experience was amazing. To have such great access to the exhibits without the usual crowds and with a lovely, personable guide, who despite her inexperience was well-informed and engaged her audience really well, was fantastic . The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast spread. The closeup encounter with the koala population was worth waiting for. They were certainly closeup and exceeded our expectations of the visit.
