It won't be hard to fall in love with a stunning tropical sunset during this two hour sail in the Whitsundays. You will be boarding Providence V, a gaff-rigged classic schooner that is the perfect vessel to capture the Whitsundays in all its glory. Be met with a complimentary glass of bubbles upon boarding before the vessel catches the breeze and sets sail. As you nibble on an assortment of delicious snacks like bread, cheese, dips and fruit, admire the vibrant sunset taking shape before you, painting the world-famous Whitsundays in a stunning new light. It's the perfect way to farewell another day of bliss.

Departs at 5pm and returns at 7pm

Children over 4 years are permitted but at adult prices as this is primarily an adult experience
Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
There is a fully licensed bar on board

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Sunset sail with snacks and bubbles

Even though there wasn’t much of a sunset due to overcast evening we had a great time meeting new friends drinking good bubbles and a lovely cheese platter was offered.

Greeted with a glass of bubbly, platter of nibbles which o was a bit slow to get to. A pity my camera wasn't up to capturing thr magic.

Sunset tour We went on this tour in November it was disappointing it advertised that we would be Learning about maritime history of Cape York & Torres Strait directly from First Nations people & historians, this didn’t happen, the guys were to busy chatting up the young girls to bother with any other guests, nibbles were average at best , maybe we were just unlucky that night , would not recommend this

Wouldn’t recommend

Was 30 mins late. Toilet was broken. Was given a single plate between 2 of around 6 crackers 2 small pieces of bread, 1 strawberries and a small amount of dip and cheese on a small plate. Were packed like sardines on the boat. Bubbles being 1 drink of champagne. Definitely not worth the money. Beautiful sunset, back can thank Mother Nature for that.

Perfect way to end a day

What a way to end a day, sipping champagne of tall ship as the sun goes down. Staff were friendly and the sail itself was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

The cruise on the ocean was amazing! The sunset was gorgeous and the staff made the experience enjoyable. The glass of champagne and plate of cheese and crackers topped it off. The boat was a great backdrop for taking photos
