Hop on a jet ski and take off to the gorgeous island oasis of Palm Bay Resort. Here you'll tuck into a tasty lunch of woodfired pizzas, salads and chips before enjoying some free time to swim in the pool or relax on the beach. Go full throttle on the return journey as you conquer the 70km trek.

Experience the beauty of the Whitsunday Island Marine Park as you cruise the turquoise waters on a jet ski. At Long Island, you'll pull into a secluded cove to enjoy a poolside lunch at Palm Bay Resort. After munching on woodfired pizzas, salads and chips, take some time to explore the island, sit back and relax with a drink or swim in the pool. On the return journey, you'll explore numerous islands and discover an array of wildlife as you hit the water at full throttle along a 70km route. No licence or experience is necessary!

Session Length

The tour duration is approximately four hours, plus one hour check-in and briefing
Tours operate daily at 12pm, excluding Christmas Day

Restrictions

Please note: this experience on request and requires a minimum 6 Jetskis to operate

Guidelines

No licence or experience is necessary
Participants must have above average fitness level and confidence in open waters
Not suitable for pregnant women
Minimum age is 16 years to drive
If under 18 years of age, an indemnity form must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to departure
Maximum weight of 230kg per jet ski
Must be able to understand English
Must be able to swim wearing a life jacket
Solo riders only

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people to operate. Tours are on request until minimum numbers are met. Depending on numbers, there are 1-2 guides per tour.

Weather

Management reserve the right to change itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions.

Dress Code

Bring your swim wear, casual clothes, sunscreen and a towel.

What a great experience. My wife and I had both never been on a Jetski before and it was so much fun and easy to use. We got to see some sea turtles 🐢 and we had an amazing time. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a thrill seeking time 💯%.

Jet Skiing in Airlie Beach

We booked and paid for a jet ski using a gift voucher of $150. We paid the extra $100 with then we got asked, 1 jet ski or 2, so I said 2...No more money was asked for. On the day, we both sat on our jet skis ready to leave for our 2 ours out on the water...We were so excited. One of the guys were looking for a couple, asking for our name, giving it to him, he then said you have only paid for one jet ski, holding up everyone, we were very embarrassed. The guy then said you can pay when you get back. We could of got off the jet and I could of jumped on the back of my husbands one, but we were excited to have our own. So, we paid an extra $250 when we got back. We were not happy about the process of the booking system/process via Red Balloon as it was very misleading. We will not be using RB again and will not recommend. I will recommend the experience to family and friends, I will just tell them not to go through RB.

Whether you want to do a solo trip or happy to share like we did, you wont regret booking with them! My partner and i had the best time, would highly recommend.

Got this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We both have never been on a jet ski before and he absolutely loved it, so much so that he wanted to go again during our trip. Great shared experience. Courtesy bus transfer within Airlie Beach was super convenient. Free photos taken were a bonus. Definitely perfect for those who love a bit of adventure and speed!

What an amazing must do Whitsundays experience! We had an epic morning out with Nate, he was an exceptional guide and made sure we were all enjoying ourselves and being safe. The pre-ride briefing also had our group in stitches, who knew safety information could be delivered in such a fun way. Will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Ian was great at talking us all through a little safety brief and made sure that everyone’s hunger for adrenaline was fulfilled. Top of the range jetskis and safety gear. No need to worry about suitable clothing, they’ll provide you all necessary for a comfortable trip. Great scenic tour with interesting information provided in different stop points and lovely pictures provided free of charge for memories!
