Step into the exhilarating world of Supercars with a thrilling driving experience at Norwell Motorplex, home to Supercar Driving Experience and Team Paul Morris Motorsport. On arrival, you'll be fitted with a helmet before meeting your professional race instructor. Your experience begins with two observation laps driven by your instructor, who will guide you around the circuit while sharing valuable racing techniques, including cornering and race lines, braking points and acceleration strategies. This expert insight is designed to help you make the most of every lap on the track.

Following the observation session, you'll climb into your chosen race car and take control for five exhilarating laps of the full circuit. Equipped with Supercar slick tyres, specialised suspension, performance brakes and full roll cages, the vehicle delivers an authentic racing experience with exceptional handling and responsiveness. Throughout your drive, your instructor will provide continuous coaching and encouragement, helping you build confidence and increase your pace with each lap. If everything comes together, your final lap could be your fastest, making for an unforgettable motorsport experience.

You will be asked on the day of your experience if you wish to drive either a Ford or Holden V8, its completely up to you.

Important information

Session Length

This experience is approximately 40 minutes in duration
Available Thursday to Saturday from 9am - 3pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time
Bookings essential and subject to the daily program schedule

Guidelines

All participants must hold a valid manual or automatic drivers licence, P-plate drivers are accepted
Contact for advice if you are larger than a 5XL Shirt
You will be required to sign a damage liability waiver on arrival
Some experience in a manual transmission car is recommended
Not available on Public Holidays

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Dress Code

Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended, along with covered shoes.

Other Info

You may purchase the in car video on USB direct from the experience provider on the day.

Fantastic experience; but prepare for a long wait

Bought this for a birthday present & it did not disappoint. Was super fun! Only down side was we had a booking at 11am, arrived at 10:45am as per instructions & we were standing around waiting for 1hr 10 before actually getting in the car. Was a bit tricky with young kids. So just allow for that if tight on time. But overall it was awesome and made for such a great birthday gift!

Great experience BUT

I had a great experience but the receptionist never told me about the USB option, which records your drive I thought was a default and you just pay after the ride, so when I signed in I was just old grab a helmet and hair net and went outside I would have loved to have the usb video

Fun experince but certainly expensive

The experience was great with an excellent briefing and friendly staff. 5 Lap goes in a flash about 7-8 minutes, with good coaching / tuition provided. While a gift voucher covered some of the cost, and while it was a good experience at the present price sadly I didn't feel it was good value at all.

The V8 supercar drive was better beyond anything I expected. It was a surprise birthday present and something I’ve wanted to do since a teenager. It was life changing! The team are very professional and friendly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be back.
