Feel your adrenaline intensify as you whizz around Hidden Valley Raceway in the driver's seat of a V8 race car! A highly skilled instructor will be seated beside you, giving you live tuition through a headset as you tackle the circuit reaching speeds of up to 200km/h.

What's included?

Upon sign in, you'll be run through a comprehensive pre-drive tuition, covering information on the handling of the car, cornering, braking and the track map to ensure you get the most out of your drive. Feel the anticipation rise as you get kitted out in your race suit and helmet before meeting your in-car instructor and getting strapped in behind the wheel. Then, leave bystanders behind as you press down on the pedal and blister off into the track, gunning it down straights and conquering corners at speeds of up to 200km/h. During the entire drive, your in-car instructor will be guiding you through the headset on advanced gear changes and brake points. Although this isn't a race, there will be other drivers on the track at fast speeds so overtaking is common, just adding to the authentic race car atmosphere.

Session Length

Please allow 2-3 hours for this experience, including the briefing and driving
Race days are held throughout the year on specified dates
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time
Once this experience is booked, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, however changes can be made as per below

Guidelines

All participants must be drug and alcohol free
Participants must be at least 18 years and hold your P-plate license at a minimum
Participants need to be within the maximum height of 194cm and minimum height of 135cm with maximum weight below 130kg
A V8 automatic Holden is available (except Western Australia) for drivers who don't hold a manual license
Participants who arrive on the day of their experience and do not adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their experience
Please note there is an excess paid to the experience provider in the event of any damage caused to the car

Cancellation

This experience is NON-REFUNDABLE

Failure to give notice or un-attendance: In the event that you redeem a voucher “convert to a booking” and you do not attend the experience date, or choose not to participate in your experience will result in your booking being unusable for any future bookings and the redemption period being void. This is due to Fastrack Experiences bearing the cost to prepare and provide your experience irrespective of your un-attendance or non-participation.

V8 Race Car Driving - Fantastic Fun

The team were so helpful, friendly and welcoming! Thoroughly enjoyed my 6 laps. Only problem was I wanted MORE! Oh well, looks like I will just have to go again! Definitely recommend giving this a go.

Amazing!!! I had so much fun and the service was great & very welcoming. I can't put into words how much fun I had! All I can say is I highly recommend the V8 drive to anyone and everyone. I have already requested another voucher for my Birthday & Christmas haha

Disappointing

When you hear about a V8 supercar experience you want exactly that. Instead the cars are noisy and standard V8's. I have a G6E Turbo that has far better acceleration than these cars. The breaking zones are to far out of the corners and you are forced to drive around the corners at a grand mother pace. You are made to roll around the corners and if you accelerate early you are told to hold off. For someone who was looking forward to this experience, it was a total waste of time and money. Would have been far better of putting racing slicks on my family car and enjoyed much faster laps than the cars provided.
