Get ready for the off-road drive of your life. This introduction to V8 buggies will leave you gasping for more! Drive 10 laps of a custom built V8 race buggy round a dirt with a seasoned pro by your side, guiding you the whole way. If you're quick enough you may get airborne...
Upon arrival for your off road racing experience, you will attend a drivers briefing on the rules and track conditions. Then it's into the off road buggies for a drive around the track to get the adrenalin pumping!
You will have the opportunity to drive a real race buggy with an instructor riding with you as your navigator. Your instructor will offer encouragement and some handy tips on car control, drifting and racing over purpose built jumps. Your confidence will grow as each lap goes by and so will your speed down the back dirt straight as well as getting plenty of sideways turn. All of this happens in a buggy, which are decked out with a powerful Toyota Lexus V8 engine.
During the experience, you will be provided with a full face helmet, overalls and strapped into a 5-point race harness, so you are completely safe to unleash your inner speed demon over 10 adrenalin-filled laps! Then with adrenalin still coursing through your veins, climb into the buggy with a professional driver for 2 laps of exhilarating speed and air time around the course!
Maximum group size is 10 people.
In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.
You will get a little dusty with this experience so keep that in mind – you will be supplied with overalls and a helmet. You need to wear closed in shoes. Bring along your camera or video camera to record 'in car race cam' action.
You will be required to sign a waiver of liability form prior to your experience on the day.
