Start your tour with a yummy breakfast at sunrise. Even though it's a super early start, you'll be glad you got up. The sunrise at Uluru is a magical moment. Watch as the desert wakes up and the sun illuminates the reds of this sunburnt land.
In the pretty morning light you'll be led by your guide to the Mutitjulu Waterhole. Finish off by jumping on a segway and cruising around the full base of the iconic Uluru. You'll be so close, you'll be able to see the Aboriginal artwork drawn onto the rock formations caves and fissures.
The minimum age is 12 years old. Children aged between 12 and 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. The weight requirement is 45 to 117kg. If you fall outside this weight range you can't ride the segway safely and will not be permitted to do this tour. All tour participants must be aware that segway riding is an adventure activity, not a mobility activity; have the balance, vision and fitness necessary to ride a bike; be able to stand unaided for up to 3 hours; be free from serious illness and injuries may increase your risk in the event of a fall; be aware that it is strongly advised that those who are pregnant, have a history of back injuries or suffer serious illness are strongly advised not to participate.

On occasion tours can be affected by weather. As the tour happens in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, the tour providers must adhere to the safety requirements of the park. When the BOM forecasts 20% chance of rain in the next 3 hours, the tour is required to cease until the forecast improves. If for any reason your tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be rescheduled or a full refund can be arranged.
Wear comfortable clothing, closed in shoes like runners and sunglasses, thongs or sandals will not be permitted. Make sure to bring sunscreen and a jacket and gloves in the cool months.
Bring at least a 1L water bottle, snacks and sunscreen.
