Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Ayers Rock Scenic Flights reserve the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which place the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits
Please ensure correct weights are given when booking and if you have any concerns, please call to discuss
Any cancellations by the pilots due to weather or maintenance will receive a full refund

Numbers on the Day

Two guests are required for a flight to go ahead. The aircraft can carry a maximum of 7 passengers, however his is weight-dependent.

Weather

In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, the supplier will attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent.

The flight over Kata Tjuṯa & Uluṟu was amazing! The experience was seamless from pickup, the actual flight, to drop off. Tim, our pilot was excellent - very reassured & thorough, the commentary was on point with his flying pattern really considered with all sides getting amazing views and enough time and flybys to get a really good look and photo opportunities.
