The first thing I noticed was thick dust in the bathroom. The treatment room was quite cold and the scrub applied was freezing. The facial was good and massage average. I wouldn’t go again, especially when other providers are consistently excellent. Not worth the $ paid and certainly not a luxury experience. Customer Experience pamper package.
