Above and beyond my expectations

Brent Winstone 21 September 2026

The pilot's skill and professionalism were unquestionable. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire flight, regularly checked in on how I was feeling, and tailored the experience to my level of comfort. Within the first 10 minutes my mind was completely blown, and from that point on I was simply trying to take it all in. It was an unforgettable experience and one that will be very hard to top. If I were to offer one suggestion, it would be around the arrival experience. While the receptionist completed all the necessary tasks all while sucking on a lollipop, I felt there was an opportunity to be a little more engaging and enthusiastic. Given how incredible the experience itself was, building a bit more excitement and anticipation before and after the flight would make the overall experience even stronger.
