Gather your loved ones and don your best dress for a delightful afternoon filled with old world charm, exquisite treats and delicious tea. The jewel in the crown of Sydney's iconic Queen Victoria Building, The Tea Room epitomises timeless style and elegance.

Admire the soaring ornate ceilings and dazzling crystal chandeliers as you feast on a tantalising selection of sweet and savoury pastries, finger sandwiches, petit fours, and scones with preserve and cream, served with Ronnefeldt tea or coffee.

Available seven days a week, from 10am onwards

Not available on public holidays and special event days including, but not limited to, Mothers Day weekend
Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
Guests with a nut allergy or intolerance and another dietary requirement cannot be catered to unfortunately
The experience provider is unable to cater to a soy allergy
RedBalloon vouchers must be redeemed prior to arrival, the experience provider cannot accept a voucher at the venue if it has not been redeemed

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This voucher is valid for two people. You can request to book for more guests and will be required to pay the difference on the day.

Throughly enjoyed the ambience. The scones how ever were far too large . The sandwiches were also disappointi g. The bread far too thick and you could barely s33 any filli g except for the egg ones. Was expecting cucumbet dream cheese and dill plus salmon with the same. I have had Hight tea in the UK in sevetal places and their scones were smaller wi, the the sandwhiches were with the thin sliced bread and you can see the fillins.. Its all meant to be dainty.

Red Ballon staff were very helpful in assisting me to make a reservation for the QVB with my Red Balloon Voucher The QVB tea room staff were welcoming and friendly the High Tea had a variety of savoury and sweet offerings in fact we were unable to eat everything the staff were attentive offering more tea - Thankyou

decent high tea experience

Overall it was a decent experience. I did not like that 4 different staff members asked us if we had allegies, and kept mentioning "voucher", "voucher" over and over. Apart from that, food quality was really good, fresh, tasty, good range just wish they had more protein as I was still feeling hungry afterwards.
