We arrived on time, and when we rang the doorbell, we were answered by a woman who was very confused and said that she had missed our booking and wanted us to come back tomorrow, we said we couldn’t do tomorrow so she told us to come back in one hour (meant we had less time). When we went back, it felt rushed and awkward as they were closing/cleaning at the same time and were clearly not ready for my booking.
