Learning to make dumplings is a true culinary escapade and it starts with using the freshest quality food and ingredients locally sourced from the Victoria Street Shops. Over the class, you will take inspiration from Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese cultures and learn the tips and tricks behind making the perfect dough and moulding and shaping your dumpling.

End your class together with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy your culinary efforts. You'll leave feeling inspired to compose your very own gourmet Asian dumpling menu for any future event.

Session Length

This experience is two hours in duration
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time as doors will be locked promptly at commencement of the class

The experience provider has the right to refuse entry to participants if they are not wearing appropriate footwear or clothing.

Guidelines

Please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking
Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required
Children 15 to 18 years old must attend with a parent or guardian
Participants are required to work with one another in the class

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 participants.

Dress Code

Please wear non slip, close toed shoes and clothing appropriate for kitchen environments. Long hair should be tied back and jewellery kept to a minimum.

Our 'Dumpling Party' was great! Our instructor Hi, was easy going, fun and great to chat with. The group at my table were less than half my age but fun to chat and make with, so we all had a great time and ate some delicious dumplings. I am 61 years old and came on my own and it was fabulous! Highly recommend.
