250g Wagyu Rump MB+6(G) - Served with our secret seasoned french fries.
350 g Scotch Fillet (G) - 350g Australian grass-fed MSA certified scotch fillet, Sauteed almonds & green beans. Select from peppercorn sauce (g), mushroom sauce (g), Bernaise sauce or red wine jus (g)
250g Eye Fillet - 250g Australian grass-fed MSA-certified eye fillet of prime beef served with sweet potato fries and salad. Select from peppercorn sauce (g), mushroom sauce (g), Bernaise sauce or red wine jus (g)
Downtown Wagyu Cheeseburger - A Wagyu beef patty with lettuce, tomato, gruyere cheese, pickles & our Exclusive Pink Mumm Champagne mayo on a toasted brioche bun, served with secret seasoned french fries.
Tasmanian Pan Seared Salmon - Crispy skin pan-seared salmon on a bed of freekeh and vegetable salad with citrus creme fraiche dressing.
Australian Barramundi - Pan-fried Australian Barramundi fillet, served with our secret signature seasoned fries, salad and tartare sauce.
Freekeh and Black Rice Vegetable Salad With Halloumi (V)(N) - A bed of freekeh and wild black rice mixed with roasted pumpkin, zucchini, red onion, toasted pepitas, almonds, currants, honey mustard dressing, natural yoghurt and pico verde. For Vegan Option (V+) remove halloumi and natural yoghurt.

We came here today for lunch and OMG is all we can say we felt like we were walking into heaven the aesthetics of this place is nothing we have seen before it overlooked Swanson st the park trams it was so Gorgeous. Now onto the food and service the service from our waiter was absolutely impeccable he was the kindest most lovely server with a beautiful mannerism he made us feel so special and included in the experience that it made our time here the best we have ever had and that’s saying something. The food we got the 3 course set menu lunch we had 3 entrees to share arancini, cauliflower and buffalo wings it was full of flavour beautifully presented just the right amount of textures than we had the steak and salmon steak was beautifully cooked with a selection of sauces the salmon absolutely complimented the freekah they went amazing together and salmon was cooked to perfection than we had truffle fries and salad that salad dressing was so good the chips were so full of flavour it was like an explosion of flavours than we had the Chocolate ganache and cheesecake the cheesecake was so creamy and decadent the ganache was mind blowing and we got 2 drinks also all for $79. So for anyone looking for an amazing experience with great food and atmosphere and service to match this is your go to place we Will definitely be back here again. Thank you for the best dining experience we will be recommending to everyone.
