For any chocoholic who's keen to learn the secrets of hand making and tempering their favourite sweet treat - this is the class for you! Learn the art of tempering chocolate on marble; the traditional French way. You'll make a goodie bag for yourself including a chocolate bar, freckles and more.
For all the chocoholics who want to know how their favourite treat is made and moulded, this experience will give you the answers. You’ll learn the traditional French art of tempering chocolate with a master chocolatier. With only a handful of other students, the more intimate class setting will give you a better opportunity to get hands on and make some samples to take home.
Your goodie bag will be filled with chocolate treats you make on the day. Treats will include a chocolate bar, chocolate lollypops with artwork, moulded chocolate and your childhood fav – freckles! You’ll be using milk chocolate in this class.
Minimum age of 12. If under 12 you may want to book a school holiday class.

Casual with flat, non slip shoes. Bring an apron. If you have long hair, please tie it up.
