Tuscans are masters at the art of understatement; simple food with knock out flavours. Step outside the box away from your typical pizza and pasta specialties and learn to cook tasty traditional Tuscan-style food using the freshest ingredients. Think hearty, homely and rustic!

The renowned rustic cooking style is rich in aromatic smells and succulent flavours and now it is your chance to learn how to create these delicious mouthwatering dishes yourself. Tuscans are self-proclaimed lovers of rice, risotto, pappardelle pasta, bean soups, stews, game meat and fish. With the help of an experienced Chef, learn to cook traditional Tuscan dishes such as Chicken Saltimbocca, Eggplant and mozzarella stack, Zucchini Focaccia, Marinated asparagus & delicious Tiramisu! Once you are done, put down the pots and pans, whip off the apron and sit down with your group to enjoy your delicious creations with a well earned glass of vino. Bellissimo!

Session Length

Please allow 2 hours and 30 minutes hours for this experience
Class is available various weeknights from 6.30pm and weekends from 10:30am (session timing subject to change).
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your class starting time.

Guidelines

Please advise of any special dietary requirements or allergies when making the booking to ensure these can be catered for on the day
This experience is suitable for all levels of ability.
The perfect experience to enjoy as a couple, with friends or individually.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience (no charge).
Within 14 days and up to 5 days prior a rebooking fee may apply if your spots are not resold.
Within 5 days of the class, the ticket is transferrable to someone else or it is forfeited if not refilled.
Late arrivals (after 15 minutes) or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This experience runs with a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 16.

Spectators

This experience does not accept spectators.

Dress Code

Casual, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Our friendly chef Bret kept our class running like a well-oiled machine. It was practical & fun & the meal we produced under his supervision was absolutely delicious. Immaculate kitchen & top quality produce was provided for the meal & a nice glass of red complimented the food. Very much looking forward to attending another class from Sydney Cooking School!

Involvement ,fun and great humor by Brett the Chef to keep the experience light hearted, informative and enjoyable. The personal contribution is enough to keep the night moving and finish early enough to be able to enjoy the results of your labour. Brett is very knowledgeable and very supportive, ensuring safety was at the forefront of all attending. Would highly recommend this to friends and will definitely look at coming back for another unique experience.

Loved the Taste of Tuscany class I did with my partner on a Friday night. It was fun, different and loved that I could learn a new technique in cooking. Food was tasty and I would make the recipes again!
