Tuscans are masters at the art of understatement; simple food with knock out flavours. Step outside the box away from your typical pizza and pasta specialties and learn to cook tasty traditional Tuscan-style food using the freshest ingredients. Think hearty, homely and rustic!
The renowned rustic cooking style is rich in aromatic smells and succulent flavours and now it is your chance to learn how to create these delicious mouthwatering dishes yourself. Tuscans are self-proclaimed lovers of rice, risotto, pappardelle pasta, bean soups, stews, game meat and fish. With the help of an experienced Chef, you will learn to create authentic dishes such as sauteed samphire and asparagus in garlic butter, porcini potato gratin, zucchini & pecorino risotto and braised rabbit. In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to satisfy your sweet tooth as you learn how to make typical Tuscan desserts such as the infamous Italian panna cotta. Once you are done, put down the pots and pans, whip off the apron and sit down with your group to enjoy your delicious creations with a well earned glass of vino. Bellissimo!
