Your session will begin with a consultation and skin analysis performed by your professional day spa therapist. This will determine the needs of your skin for a completely customised facial. You will then be lead into one of the treatment rooms; it's like stepping into another realm and leaving all your worries at the door. This is where your luxurious bespoke journey begins. Starting with the most widely recognised and most popular Relaxation massage, your day spa therapist will use a blend of luxury oils whilst combining five styles of stokes including kneading, gliding and rhythmic tapping to release knots and tension in the body. Stimulating, strong movements effectively ease a tired aching back and limbs, and work towards relaxing the entire body.

As if that wasn't enough to for you find your zen, the full body massage is followed by an ultra-revitalising facial to improve tonicity and overall skin texture, leaving it rejuvenated, refreshed and renewed.

You will be required to sign a consultation form upon arrival at the day spa. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. The Spa uses Dermalogica and other spa products.

The facility was clean, however my masseuse was loud and unprofessional. She made it clear she preferred working on women and questioned me as to why I was getting a facial being a male. Very average massage.

The customer service was really great at the zen day spa but unfortunately that’s where it stopped . The environment of the room was not relaxing at all with bright fluorescent lights left on the whole time and they had two piano songs that they would play over and over for the treatment and a loud sink in the room that they washed up in mid session. I was given a form before the session asking how firm I would like the massage and what areas I want focused on... I chose strong but the girl (though extremely lovely) went so light I could barely feel the massage it was more just like spreading oil on me. And she didn’t focus on any of the areas I circled on the paper. Also my package was for a Swedish massage and facial but I just got a normal oil massage and facial. I recently had a cheap massage at a Thai place near my house and it was 1000 x better than this one . 10/10 for customer service but 1/10 for everything else sorry

The treatment room was nice, clean and relaxing. My massage was pretty mediocre; so was my facial. The therapist wasn’t very good at communication; the process wasn’t explained and the areas I had highlighted to pay attention to were missed. I left bored, absolutely covered in oil (my uber’s leather seats went oily) and pretty disappointed. Once the treatment was over; the therapist no longer spoke and there was an awkward forced goodbye at the door.
