Be introduced into the world of sustainable winemaking on this hour long session set on an impressive vineyard located just 1.5 hours away from Sydney in the quaint town of Berrima. With sustainability in the forefront of what they do, you'll learn how their award-winning wine is produced to the highest quality with techniques that are friendly for the environment in the long run.

On this session, you will explore the different styles and production methods used to make sparkling wine, including 'Methode Traditionelle', which is the production method used to create champagne. Enjoy a walking tour of the 'tractorless' vineyard where you'll meet the wooly workers who run the show, followed by a live sparkling wine production demonstration. Top it all off with an indulgent guided tasting of their stunning cool climate sparkling wines.
