• Please note passengers need to climb into the basket and stand for about an hour

• After confirmation, ensure you receive flight details; please follow up if needed
• If your flight is cancelled, you have 36 months to reschedule your experience
• Children minimum age is six years old

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• Tourists may be eligible for a cancellation

This voucher is valid for one participant with a minimum of five and a maximum of 20 people in the basket.

Hot air ballooning is a weather dependant activity, the pilot will confirm the weather the night before.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as jeans and sneakers. Shoes must be flat, high heels and open toe shoes are not permitted. A hat or cap is recommended for the flight.
