Session Length

Please allow four hours for this experience including an approximately one hour flight
Morning meeting times are confirmed the night before departure by the pilot

Restrictions

This experience is not suitable for pregnant individuals.

Guidelines

Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult
Please note passengers need to climb into the basket and stand for about an hour
Notify the experience provider of any medical conditions, such as back problems
After confirmation, ensure you receive flight details; please follow up if needed
If your flight is cancelled, you have 36 months to reschedule your experience
Children minimum age is six years old

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Tourists may be eligible for a cancellation

Numbers on the Day

This voucher is valid for one participant with a minimum of five and a maximum of 20 people in the basket.

Weather

Hot air ballooning is a weather dependant activity, the pilot will confirm the weather the night before.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable clothing such as jeans and sneakers. Shoes must be flat, high heels and open toe shoes are not permitted. A hat or cap is recommended for the flight.

Cancelled twice but hopeful

It's tricky when booking a balloon trip as you want to land safely. We paid for accommodation and were cancelled on consecutive days. Good news is balloon flight will be honoured for 36 months.

Hot Air Balloon ride is amazing!

The Balloon Ride itself is amazing however only goes for 1hr and the experience is advertised at 4hrs. I was disappointed in that we had to assist with the setup and the packup (in a cow paddock) of the equipment. Cannot see why they cannot transport the team back to the Heritage Lodge. Over $800 for a 1 hr ride is a little steep.
