Thanks to its cool climate, Tasmania is renowned for making some of the best sparkling wines in the country. See what the fuss is all about over a couple hours at the prestigious Josef Chromy Wines. Meet your guide at the cellar door and be taken on a tour of the winery, where you'll learn about the history of the vineyard and witness the vineyard's spectacular grounds. You'll then be taken through the sparkling winemaking and disgorging process, before curating your own bottle of sparkling to your palate. We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
