Ever wanted to discover the secrets of cooking a perfect Paella? Join in the fun of a Spanish fiesta with this Spanish Paella cooking class! Learn how to prepare some delicious dishes from Spain during this 2 hour course. Then sit back, relax and enjoy the fiesta!

This is a hands on class where you get to prepare your own Perfect Paella. You choose what you will include in your paella - chicken, chorizo, mussels, prawns and salmon or everything if you like! While the Paella is slowly cooking away you will produce a few Tapas dishes to accompany your Paella. This is followed by churros and burnt orange sugar. This is all prepared while enjoying a glass of house made sangria.

When all the cooking is done, you'll sit down to a wonderful Spanish feast.

Session Length

All classes are a duration of 2-2.5 hours (depending on the number of attendees)
Weeknight classes commence at 6:30pm
Weekend day classes commence either 11.00am or 3.00pm
Please refer to your confirmation email for the correct starting time for your class

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Great food, great atmosphere and a great night out

Such an awesome class, the instructor was fun and easy going. The food was amazing and the portions were super filling, we had leftovers to take home! Would definitely do again and recommend to others!

From the moment we walked in, the place was busting with excitement and expectations. Brett our host and mentor, bought a simple and wholesome words of knowledge about paella cooking and its origins. Whilst I have not had the Spanish Fiesta Cooking Class yet, The coordinator (Morenna) at Sydney Cooking Class was very accommodating regards dates, times and the validation of my voucher which was over 2 years old. Morenna was very pleasant and very understanding. I would recommend Sydney Cooking Classes purely based on the professionalism I encountered during our correspondence and calls. A great couple of hours learning to cook tapas and paella and then to enjoy eating it with a refreshing sangria. Our chef made it so entertaining - who knew cooking could be such fun? Everything was so well organised and professional. We cannot wait to do another class. Fun, delicious & memorable.

This was the perfect gift for a man who has everything! He got to learn to make his own paella, he said it was the tastiest paella he's ever had, and the other dishes and sangria were delicious! We had a ball and chef Paul was awesome and gave useful details even for the more experienced cook. We will definitely be back!
