Indulge in a four-course long Italian lunch in the vines with a flight of wine tastings perfectly paired to the menu by Tractorless Vineyards, one of Southern Highlands' premium award-winning winemakers, which embraces a combination of old-world knowledge and skills with new-world techniques, all guided by Biodynamic principles. You will be treated to expert discussions on the wines with winemaker extraordinaire Jeff Aston and a masterclass demonstration with the 'Paster Master' chef Stefano Marvello. This experience runs with a maximum of 12 guests and is situated on a working farm. Get ready to create unforgettable memories in the heart of the vineyards. Group bookings of up to 8 accepted. Grape stomping is also available but only during autumn events, depending on harvest.
This experience is four hours in duration.
This experience requires a minimum of eight participants and a maximum of twelve participants.

In uncertain weather, the supplier reserves the right to postpone the class. Nevertheless, they guarantee to notify you at least 24 hours before rescheduling the experience to a date that suits you.
As this is a working farm, it is highly recommended to wear closed all-weather, flat shoes. The Highlands can experience four seasons in a day, and temperatures can drop quickly, so please dress for the weather.
