Guided by an expert baker, you'll learn the techniques behind beautifully baked sourdough while gaining the confidence to recreate your favourite breads from scratch at home.

Working in small groups, you'll shape and score dough, practise stretch and fold techniques and discover the secrets to creating farmhouse style sourdough bread, golden focaccia and soft dinner rolls. You'll also learn how to care for a sourdough starter, giving you the skills to continue your baking journey long after the class ends. Best of all, you'll leave with your freshly baked creations and the satisfaction of crafting them yourself.
