You might be a bbq meat expert but can you throw a shrimp on the barbie? If you need some help cooking seafood on the barbecue this is the class for you! Very hands on, lead by a qualified chef, you get to eat your creations at the end of the class and you'll enjoy a wine tasting too.
Seafood can be barbecued too! This cooking class shows you just how easy it is. Lead by a qualified chef with expertise in bbq cooking, you will be shown how to create each dish and then have a go for yourself – guided by the expert every step of the way.
You’ll hear tips, tricks and advice plus bbq myths will be debunked. And the best part, the first course is accompanied by a wine tasting session, plus you get to eat all your yummy seafood creations! Prawns, squid, snapper and salmon all coupled delicious salad and veggies.
You’ll leave the class armed with information and the confidence to cook seafood on the barbecue at home.

Classes operate with 12 – 20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to your experience to offer an alternate date for the class.
Please wear covered footwear on the day of the cooking class. During the cooler months, it is recommended to bring a jumper as the class is held in an outdoor location.
