  • Available weekends, school holidays and public holidays 9.30am to 5pm, last entry at 4pm
  • Upon booking, please select the day you would like to attend
  • Guests can gain entry throughout the day until one hour prior closing time
  • Booking in advance is essential as same day bookings are not permitted
  • A child ticket must be purchased with an adult ticket
  • Due to reduced pram capacity, guests must pre book spaces to take prams in
  • Please book your Pram Reservation for the same time slot as your admission tickets to avoid disappointment
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
