Calling all adrenaline junkies! Take on the Gold Coast's highest parasailing experience as you soar 400 feet above sea level. Marvel at the crystal blue waters of the Broadwater below and savour the spectacular panoramic views of the Gold Coast and beyond.

What better way to experience the beauty of the Gold Coast than with a parasail adventure around the sparkling Broadwater? Departing Main Beach's Marina Mirage, and following a short briefing from the crew, you will board a purpose-built boat and cruise away from the bustling waterfront shopping precinct. When it's your turn, you will be securely harnessed and attached to the famous smiley parachute which will gradually carry you up into the sky. Reaching a maximum height of 400ft, you will be spoilt with 360 degree vistas of the Gold Coast and surrounds.

Session Length

Allow approximately 45 minutes to one hour for this experience
Flight time is approximately eight minutes
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to session time

Guidelines

Must be eight years or older and accompanied by an adult if under 18
Minimum total weight is 65kg; maximum is 200kg
No pregnant women, back injuries, heart or medical conditions
Participants are required to sign waiver
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Valid photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment required upon checkin
Due to the increase in diesel prices we have had to introduce a small fuel surcharge. This is $2.50 AUD per person payable at check-in. This is not included in red ballon's pricing.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of two and maximum of 10 per session.

Weather

Wind and weather restrictions may apply which could result in rescheduling or cancellation due to safety precautions.

Dress Code

Casual clothes and swimwear are both acceptable. Sunglasses and hats are advised.

No regrets best experience EVER!

We had the best time. The staff both on and off the boat were friendly and knowledgeable. I have always wanted to do this and even with being afraid of heights I never felt scared. It's so peaceful up there and I felt safe and secure. I will do it again.

Great experience, was really easy to understand all the instructions provided. The crew was really lovely and professional. It was so peaceful in the air. Would definitely recommend. It looks way scarier than it actually is.

The kids and i absolutely loved the experience. The youngest was a little scared but calm down with a few questions about the experience. Any questions I had were answered without dramas, without sarcasm and were very clear. Everyone was extremely nice and all with smiles. I'd definitely do it again and by the look on my sons face, so would he. Thanks guys for the awesome photos!

I went Parasailing with my friends and it was the perfect day to do this activity. The staff was lovely and easy to follow instructions while on board. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants an easy adrenaline thrill.

We started our journey with a highly enthusiastic team that were so professional, accommodating and very fun. They took off from Marina Mirage, right beside the Versace Palazzo hotel. The ride out there was great and the skipper and deckhand we're very friendly, they played a list of great party tunes and even accommodated our request to get dipped into the water on our ride! The view was spectacular and you can see from the video that these guys know how to run a successful and thrilling experience for young and old! We will be back again in no time to take our sister for a truly amazing time with GC Parasailing!
