Arriving at the zoo after hours, you’ll meet your guide and be led to your beautiful safari-style accommodation for the night. Relax and unwind in your tent, as you Discover the mystery and beauty of the Zoo after dark. Hear, smell and see creatures big and small while you hear amazing stories from your Zookeeper guides. You’ll then be treated to a delicious safari-inspired meal with Sydney skyline views. Enjoy drifting off to sleep with the soothing soundtrack of wildlife that surrounds you.
You’ll wake in the morning to sunrise over Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House before heading off for an exclusive early morning tour and animal encounter. Enjoy a delicious breakfast and then the rest of the day is yours to explore all Taronga Zoo has to offer. Whether you’re planning a family holiday with a wild twist, a unique date night or a memorable staycation, Roar and Snore is an unforgettable experience right in the heart of Taronga Zoo Sydney.
This experience is for two adults over the age of 18 and two children over the age of 5.
Roar 'n' Snore is an all-weather program, however Taronga Zoo may choose to cancel specific dates due to inclement weather or insufficient bookings. Whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance and dates rescheduled, or payment will be credited.
You will need to bring along wet weather gear and warm clothing is suggested, toiletries, camera, phone and charger, comfortable enclosed walking shoes and a refillable water bottle.
This experience takes place in Bradleys Head, Mosman NSW. On the night of your Roar and Snore adventure, your hosts will meet you at the Taronga Zoo Sydney main entrance.
