At this exciting class, you'll sip on a glass of French Rosé (option to make it bottomless), while learning to make both ricotta and ravioli from scratch. Finish with a sit-down meal of your amazing creations. We'll take you through a brief history and the theory of making perfect pasta, before you get your hands dirty mixing, kneading and rolling out your own pasta dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own ricotta using store-bought milk. Finally, fill and seal your ravioli with mouth-watering spinach and ricotta filling that will have you coming back for more! This is a cheese making and pasta making class for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up pasta and ricotta in your own kitchen. Bring your own container to take home your extra ravioli. Container is provided to take home your hand-crafted ricotta to enjoy!
