Pregnancy is a demanding time for your body. With changes happening daily, a woman's body is put under stress and the strain of carrying around a baby all day, everyday can leave her aching. This massage is catered to those pregnancy-specific pains and you'll be able to use a pregnancy pillow.

What's included?

One hour with a fully qualified remedial massage therapist
Use of the Belli Pillow (pregnancy pillow)

Designed to reduce pain and discomfort through all stages of pregnancy, this massage targets tension in the upper and lower back, shoulders, head and neck as well as the pelvic and hip area. These areas are typically more stressed out due to shifts in your posture as you accommodate increased abdominal weight. The massage will also improve skin elasticity which helps to reduce stretch marks and swelling. Please note this is not a relaxation massage.

You will be looked after by a qualified remedial massage therapist and once the massage ends you'll be given a stretching program to take home.

A deep tissue massage performed by a qualified remedial massage therapist. Masseuse asked whether I had any ongoing injuries or muscle aches before starting. Was an enjoyable relaxing experience

Massage only began at 10.10 and she finished up at 10:57. So not a 60 minute massage. I did think if the massage lady was running late with her previous client that she would make up the time with me. Especially since I was there nice and early at 945 for a 10am appt and it was a voucher from a special occasion.

The massage was amazing!

This obviously was a gift voucher, but I wouldn’t pay money for this service. It was a OK massage but the actual massage didn’t go for the full hour, maybe like 40mins and the other 20mins was talking and organising. Which left me very disappointed. location is great for using public transport but even the area is quite rough.
