My wife and I had a couples experience at Prani Glow. It started with a foot soak and scrub which was a bit tickly but very nice. Then followed the most amazing relaxation massage and facial treatment. We were both so relaxed afterwards, we couldn’t fault the 95 minute experience.

This was a beautifully relaxing and pampering experience. My massage therapist was lovely and used just the right amount of pressure for the massage. The room was warm and inviting, the music relaxing and the products smelled lovely.

This experience was not worth the price. Communication was very poor, staff were unhelpful and sometimes rude. Have had better experiences in a shopping center massage parlor. Staff were average and clearly only trained in basic routines and couldn’t work with your body. Overall we were extremely disappointed. Would not Recommend

So disappointed, We booked in a near $600 spa treatment for my husband and I to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We had a genuine family emergency and notified them immediately that we were unable to make it due to those circumstances They kept the FULL near $600 dollars!!! (most booking would loose a 20% deposit ) I offered to provide evidence and hospital records of the emergency, we even went so far as to offer to add on extra treatments and pay extra and fit into whatever date and time they had available and they refused ! We asked for some money to be returned ( as most would only pay a 20% ) but they kept the full amount, their communication was also terrible We spoke to a lady at red ballon who tried to advocate for us and contacted them but said they had flat out refused . Do not recommend at all !!!
