This experience is 2 hours in duration.
Participants must be fit and healthy enough to participate in a basic sporting activity for two hours.
One-on-one with your instructor
Spectators are welcome on the day.
As a wind based sport it requires a moderate amount of wind and this will be discusses with you in the lead up if it is looking like this will be unsuitable. You will receive an update the evening before your lesson, then on the day if things change they will be confirmed up to 1 hour prior to your lesson. If you are travelling from further away or you are requiring more certainty please don't hesitate to call and confirm this.
Bring your bathers/boardies and a towel. If you have your own wetsuit then please feel free to bring this along also.
