There isn't a more idyllic way to celebrate a milestone moment than a private cruise on the world-famous Sydney Harbour! Your private skipper will take you to some of the world’s most spectacular sights, including the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, as well as all the hidden coves and harbour beaches scattered throughout. There will be plenty of time to stop and take photos in front of the many city icons, and you'll be treated to a complimentary bottle of wine to cheers to the unforgettable moments. After the cruise, you'll be dropped off at Campbell's Cove for a divine five course tasting menu at 6HEAD and two glasses of wine. Featuring world-class beef, poultry and the signature dessert, the Layered Wagyu Fat Delice. This waterfront venue offers an unparalleled dining experience, the perfect way to top off your romantic day together.

SIGNATURE SNACKS

COURSES (TO SHARE)

• Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche - Chardonnay vinaigrette, avruga, granny smith apple, carrot
• Calamari - Buttermilk & confit garlic marinated, southern-style, yuzu lime aïoli
• Stracciatella - Cucumber, dill & yoghurt gazpacho, candied pine nuts, pickled grapes
• Eye of Rump - 300g Mayura Station 'Platinum' Wagyu, Grain Fed 450 Days, MB7+ Served with beef tallow chips, baby gem salad and your choice of two sauces to share

DESSERT (TO SHARE)

• Pistachio Bombe - Blood peach compote, pistachio mousse, torched Italian meringue, crème fraîche ice-cream

• A glass of house selected red or white wine each

Session Length

• This experience is approximately 3.5 hours in duration
• Please allow 90 minutes for the cruise, and two hours for dining
• 6HEAD is closed Monday

Cruise times available:

• 10:30am cruise pick up, 12pm drop off with lunch starting at 12:15pm
• 4:30pm cruise pick up, 6pm drop off with dinner starting at 6:15pm
